Labor-Management Cooperation!
A coalition such as the Baltimore Electrical Labor-Management Cooperation Committee “Power Partnership” helps assure harmonious and tangible working relations exist between member electrical contractors and their electrical workforce …
In this environment, the partnership can more effectively advance workforce training, industry standards, job performance and project quality – benefiting our customers and their bottom lines!
The Power Partnership is a labor-management coalition between the Maryland Chapter National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and Local No. 24 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
In fostering communication through this alliance, member contractors and Local 24 work together to constantly improve service for all customers and enhance the region’s entire electrical industry while maintaining world-class apprenticeship training programs.
These standards are accomplished through cooperation and mutual support between the Power Partnership’s industry-leading contractors – MD NECA – and highly skilled workforce – IBEW Local 24.
The Power Partnership also promotes best practices in the electrical construction industry – for the betterment of our communities – that will ensure all contracted projects are completed at the highest quality and conform to all regulations.
